Sophie Poelman, founder of Studio Alida and Lof, is dedicated to redefining the future of New Zealand wool through thoughtful, sustainable design. Together with her partner, Alain Brideson—a globally recognized industrial designer—they are pushing the boundaries of wool innovation.

Sophie asked me to capture her and Alain at a special location on Waiheke Island to help tell a short visual story of their wool journey. I've also been invited to capture the woman’s wool circle assembling the wool hoops in Sophie’s studio, capturing the hands-on craftsmanship behind their work.
